Job Summary:

Provide high-level administrative, secretarial, and office management support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, maintain records, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations while acting as a key point of coordination between HR leadership and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the CHRO's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.

- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.

- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and HR-related information with discretion.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the CHRO.

- Maintain records, track action items, and follow up on key deliverables.

- Oversee office administration activities, vendor coordination, and inventory management.





- Support HR leadership events, employee engagement initiatives, and special projects.

- Ensure efficient office operations and adherence to organizational policies.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline; additional certification in administration is preferred.

- 5-10+ years of experience in executive secretarial and office administration roles.

- Robust organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

- Excellent multitasking and stakeholder management skills.
