We are looking for a highly energetic, curious and ambitious Founder’s Office Intern to work directly with the Founder
This is not a conventional internship and it is not an administrative Executive Assistant role.
You will work on real business problems and initiatives across:
Business Strategy | Marketing | Sales | Partnerships | AI | Product | Operations The role is designed for someone who wants to understand how a company is built and grown, and who is willing to take ownership of getting things done.
You may be researching a new market in the morning, developing a buyer journey in the afternoon, speaking to a potential partner the next day and experimenting with an AI application the day after.

What You Will Do
1. Work with the Founder
* Understand the Founder’s priorities and convert them into actionable tasks and initiatives.
- Research business opportunities and provide structured inputs.
- Prepare presentations, business documents, analyses and briefs.
- Track important initiatives and follow up on execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure that important ideas move from discussion to execution.
- Proactively identify things that need attention.
Over time, the objective is for you to become someone the Founder can trust to own an initiative from beginning to end.
2. Marketing & Buyer Journey
Help develop unnAIty's complete customer journey: Awareness → Interest → Education → Evaluation → Demo → Sale → Adoption
You may work on
- Customer and market research.
- Buyer personas.
- Buyer journey mapping.
- Marketing plans.
- Campaign ideas.
- Website and digital content.
- Sales presentations.
- Case studies.
- Reports and newsletters.
- Email campaigns.
- Social media content.
- Lead-generation initiatives.
- Measuring campaign results.
You will be expected not merely to create content, but to understand:
**Who is the customer?
What problem are we solving?
Why should they care?
What will make them take the next step?**
3. Alliances & Business Development
Help discover and develop partnerships that can generate business.
You will
- Research potential alliance partners.
- Identify relevant technology companies, industry bodies, consultants, ERP companies and other ecosystem partners.
- Find the right people within those organizations.
- Prepare partnership proposals.
- Support outreach and meetings.
- Develop joint marketing ideas.
- Coordinate follow-ups.
- Track opportunities generated.
- Help convert partnerships into actual sales opportunities.
The objective is not partnerships for the sake of partnerships.

4. AI & Automation
You will also have the opportunity to work hands-on with AI. Depending on your background and interests, this may include:
- Building AI-powered applications.
- Using LLMs and AI APIs.
- Python-based automation.
- Data analysis.
- Building internal productivity tools.
- Automating repetitive business processes.
- Experimenting with AI agents and workflows.
- Developing prototypes for potential product features.
A technical degree is not mandatory for this role.
However, candidates with Python, AI, data or software development experience will have an advantage for technology-oriented assignments.
5. Sales & Customer Development
Help the Founder and sales team generate and convert opportunities.
You may
- Research prospects before meetings.
- Prepare prospect briefs.
- Develop customer-specific presentations.
- Prepare proposals.
- Track leads and follow-ups.
- Research customer industries.
- Analyse the sales funnel.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion.
- Help create repeatable sales processes.
6. Improving How We Work
As a growing company, we constantly need to become more productive.
You will help
- Identify inefficient processes.
- Find opportunities for automation.
- Create checklists and dashboards.
- Document processes.
- Track KPIs.
- Improve internal coordination.
- Help organize management reviews.
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest solutions.

- Or from another relevant academic background
