Role Overview

RVR PRO is looking for a creative and technically skilled Event Videographer to capture weddings, social celebrations, and corporate events. The ideal candidate can turn live moments into compelling visual stories while ensuring high-quality footage, clear audio, and complete event coverage.

Key Responsibilities

- Film key moments, rituals, performances, guest interactions, décor, and event ambience.
- Review event schedules and client briefs to plan coverage, equipment, and essential shots.
- Capture a balanced mix of candid moments, wide shots, close-ups, and details for a cohesive final film.
- Operate professional cameras, gimbals, tripods, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Adapt camera settings and shooting techniques to changing light, crowded venues, and fast-moving events.
- Record clear audio for speeches, vows, interviews, and other important moments.
- Coordinate with photographers, planners, and production teams to cover events smoothly.
- Organise, label, and back up footage and audio securely after each assignment.




- Collaborate with editors by providing organised footage, clear briefs, and notes on key moments.
- Edit event highlights, teaser films, full-length videos, and social media reels as assigned.
- Maintain consistent colour, sound quality, and storytelling across deliverables.
- Check equipment before shoots and prepare backup batteries, memory cards, and essential gear.
- Meet agreed delivery timelines and follow client permissions for sharing footage.

Skills & Experience

- A robust portfolio showcasing wedding or event videography.
- Proficiency with professional video cameras, lenses, stabilisation systems, and audio recording equipment.
- Good understanding of composition, frame rates, exposure, lighting, and camera movement.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to anticipate important moments and remain focused during live events.
- Strong communication, teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
