Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, target-driven Event & Sponsorship Manager to execute memorable events while actively driving revenue. In this role, you will handle end-to-end event logistics and proactively pitch, secure, and manage corporate sponsorships to meet financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Sponsorships: Prospect, pitch, and secure new brand sponsors and exhibitors.
- Packages: Create high-ROI sponsorship decks and tailored proposal packages.
- Logistics: Manage event lifecycles, budgets, venues, and vendor relationships.
- On-Site: Lead day-of execution to ensure seamless operations and sponsor visibility.
- Reporting:



Deliver post-event ROI reports and sponsor feedback evaluations.

Requirements

- 2-3 years in event management with a proven track record in sales or sponsorship acquisition.
- Track record of delivering events end to end, including budgets and vendor management
- Experience selling or managing sponsorships, with a record of meeting revenue targets
- Solid negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with livestreaming or digital events
- Mindset: Target-driven, highly organized, and calm under high pressure.

Success Metrics (First 6-12 Months)

- Sponsorship revenue secured per event and per quarter
- Sponsor renewal and upsell rate
- Events delivered on time and within budget
- Brand, sponsor and creator satisfaction
- Sales and engagement per event
- Reduction in net cost per event over time
