About the Role

Want to learn what goes into bringing an event to life? Join Planning Labs and gain practical exposure to corporate events, exhibitions and brand activations, working alongside our operations team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with event planning, checklists and execution schedules.
- Research vendors, collect quotations and maintain vendor databases.
- Coordinate with suppliers for materials, branding, printing and event requirements.
- Support site visits, venue coordination and logistics planning.
- Assist with event setup, registration, guest coordination and on-ground operations.
- Track materials, deliveries and assigned tasks.
- Maintain Excel trackers, expense records and event documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and flag delays or issues promptly.
- Support post-event reporting and project closure.

Requirements
- Freshers,



recent graduates and students who can commit to the internship are welcome.
- A robust interest in events and hands-on operational work.
- Good communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word and email.
- Willingness to work on-site, travel for assignments and support flexible event schedules.
- A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
