About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Event Operations Manager who understands the complete event lifecycle — from client requirements and planning to execution and on-ground delivery.

The role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Event Production, Client Servicing, Event Operations or Project Management, who can take ownership of projects, coordinate with multiple stakeholders and ensure events are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget.

Depending on your experience and strengths, the role may have a stronger focus on Client Servicing or Production & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage events from initial briefing and planning through execution and closure.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into explicit execution plans.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, production teams, designers, fabricators and internal teams.
- Plan and monitor event timelines, manpower, logistics, production requirements and deliverables.
- Handle vendor coordination, quotations, negotiations and basic project costing.
- Ensure smooth on-ground execution and timely resolution of operational challenges.
- Maintain strong client communication and ensure expectations are met throughout the project.
- Take ownership of project budgets,



timelines, quality and deliverables.
- Conduct site visits and coordinate pre-event planning and production requirements.
- Identify potential execution issues in advance and proactively provide solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, estimates, timelines and reports.
- Support business development by understanding client requirements and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Event Management / Experiential / BTL / MICE / Event Production.
- Candidates from Event Production, Client Servicing, Event Operations or Project Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of event execution and the end-to-end event process.
- Good vendor and production coordination skills.
- Strong communication and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Willingness to travel for events and manage on-ground execution when required.
- Strong ownership, accountability and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and other basic project-management tools.
