nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to support our sales and business development activities. Candidates with experience in specialty coffee beans, café operations, F&B;, hospitality, luxury, premium lifestyle brands, or related businesses will be preferred.
nThe ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers and have a genuine interest in coffee and café culture . The candidate must have basic barista skills and know how to prepare coffee . Advanced barista expertise is not mandatory, as the company will provide further training; however, candidates must have a basic practical understanding of coffee preparation and café operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls,



references, networking, and market visits.n
- Develop business with cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, premium establishments, and other B2B customers.n
- Promote and sell specialty coffee beans and related coffee products .n
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.n
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.n
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.n
- Conduct customer meetings and market visits as required.n
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, billing, and payment follow-ups.n
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.n
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.n
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.n
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
