Estimation (MIS) Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Estimator to support our estimation and quotation activities. The candidate will be responsible for preparing estimates, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, collecting pricing information, and ensuring quotations are accurate and submitted on time.

- Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and commercial proposals based on project requirements.

- Review tender specifications, and other relevant documents for calculating mathadi , PBG , CAR Policy cost , CAMC (extended warranty) etc.

- Coordinate with internal teams to understand technical and commercial requirements.

- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain product availability, pricing, and lead-time information.

- Compare vendor quotations and assist in selecting suitable products and pricing.

- Maintain and update price lists, product details, and estimation records.

- Prepare and maintain estimation sheets using MS Excel.

- Ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, taxes, margins, and other commercial details.





- Follow up with vendors and internal teams for pending information and quotations.

- Support the sales/project team with revisions and updates to quotations.

- Maintain proper documentation and records of quotations and estimates.

- Ensure quotations are prepared and submitted within the required timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in estimation, quotation/proposal preparation, billing, sales coordination, procurement coordination, or a similar role.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office applications.

- Positive verbal and written English communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
