- Preparation of detailed estimates for Government Road & Building (R&B;) works.

- Preparation of Detailed Estimate, BOQ and Rate Analysis as per applicable Government SOR/SSR.

- Quantity calculation from drawings, site measurements and survey data.

- Preparation of Abstract Estimate and Detailed Measurement Sheets.

- Knowledge of Gujarat R&B; SOR/DSR, specifications and standard items.

- Preparation of estimates for road works including earthwork, GSB, WMM, DBM/BC, CC roads, drainage, CD works, road furniture, etc.

- Preparation of estimates for building works including civil, masonry, plaster, flooring, RCC, doors/windows, plumbing, electrical and other related works.

- Preparation of Rate Analysis, Lead & Lift, Material/Carriage calculations and other estimate-related details.

- Valuable knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel for quantity take-off and estimate preparation.

- Ability to understand Government tender documents, drawings, specifications and BOQ.

- Coordination with site engineers and survey teams for accurate quantity and estimate preparation.

- Experience in Government department estimate preparation will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
