ETM works across esports tournament management, player engagement, gaming events, community activations, partnerships, and digital esports experiences.

Role OverviewWe are looking for an Esports Operations Intern who understands gaming culture and is interested in working behind the scenes of esports tournaments, campaigns, and community activities.

You will help the ETM team plan, coordinate, execute, and manage esports campaigns from start to finish.

This is a hands-on role where you will work directly on live tournaments, community campaigns, college activations, partnerships, and gaming events.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing online and offline esports tournaments.
- Coordinate with players, teams, colleges, gaming communities, and tournament participants.
- Manage tournament registrations and participant communication.
- Help create tournament brackets, match schedules, rules, and operational workflows.
- Coordinate with casters, volunteers, moderators, gaming cafés, and event partners when required.
- Manage Discord, WhatsApp, and other community communication channels during campaigns.
- Track registrations, participation, match results, and campaign performance.
- Support player onboarding on the ETM platform.
- Help resolve basic participant queries during tournaments and campaigns.
- Assist with college and gaming community outreach.
- Coordinate with ETM's marketing and partnership teams for campaign execution.
- Collect feedback and prepare post-campaign reports.
- Identify gaming communities, colleges,



esports teams, creators, and potential tournament partners.

Who We're Looking ForYou could be a good fit if you:
- Actively follow gaming or esports.
- Understand games such as Valorant, CS2, EA FC, BGMI, Chess, or other competitive titles.
- Have good communication and coordination skills.
- Are comfortable communicating with gamers, college communities, and event participants.
- Can manage multiple activities during live tournaments.
- Are proactive and comfortable taking ownership of assigned campaigns.
- Have basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Discord, WhatsApp, and online collaboration tools.
- Are interested in esports operations, tournament management, gaming events, or community management.

Previous esports experience is helpful but not mandatory. CompensationThis is a campaign-based paid internship.

Interns will be compensated based on the campaigns, tournaments, or projects they work on. Payment may vary depending on the scope, responsibilities, duration, and scale of each campaign.

Additional performance-based incentives may be offered for specific campaigns.

Compensation and deliverables will be communicated before assigning each paid campaign.
