Role Description The Estate Manager role at Benicio Homes Goa is a full-time, on-site position based in Goa, India.

The Estate

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance of residential properties, ensuring that homes, gardens, and shared spaces are well-kept, safe, and aligned with the company’s nature-focused ethos.

Responsibilities include coordinating facility management activities, supervising service staff and vendors, monitoring property upkeep, and addressing resident or guest queries promptly and professionally. The role also involves managing budgets, tracking expenses, supporting basic administrative tasks, and implementing standards that enhance the overall living experience.

The Estate





Manager will work closely with leadership to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across the estate.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Estate Management and Property Management to oversee day-to-day operations and long-term care of residential assets.
- Candidates should possess skills in Facility Management (FM) to coordinate maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and vendor services across the estate.
- Candidates should possess skills in Budgeting to plan, monitor, and optimize estate-related expenditures and operating costs.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to respond to resident or guest needs, resolve issues, and maintain a high-quality living experience.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in hospitality or residential communities, familiarity with tropical landscaping or eco-friendly practices, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in basic office and property management software.
- A relevant diploma or degree in property management, hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, along with prior experience in managing estates or residential complexes, is preferred.
