Role: ERP Software Developer / Coder

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled ERP Software Developer / Coder who can understand, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve our existing in-house ERP software. The candidate will be responsible for identifying technical issues, fixing bugs, improving system performance, and developing current features as required by the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and fix bugs and errors in the existing ERP software.
- Maintain and improve the existing ERP system and its modules.
- Develop new features and functionalities based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot database, backend, frontend, and integration-related issues.
- Optimize ERP performance, security, and system stability.
- Manage and maintain databases, data accuracy, and system backups.
- Integrate ERP with third-party platforms, APIs, and business applications when required.
- Work closely with HR, Accounts, Sales, Retail, Warehouse, and Management teams to understand system requirements.
- Test new updates and ensure changes do not affect existing ERP functions.




- Maintain proper documentation of code, updates, fixes, and system changes.
- Provide timely technical support for ERP-related issues.

Required Skills
- Strong programming and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with existing/legacy software code.
- Knowledge of frontend, backend, and database development.
- Good understanding of APIs and system integrations.
- Experience with SQL/database management.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot software independently.
- Understanding of ERP workflows and business processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and take ownership of technical issues.

Preferred Experience 1–3 years of experience in software development, ERP development, application maintenance, or a similar role.

Ideal Candidate A hands-on developer who is comfortable working on existing code, finding the root cause of ERP issues, fixing bugs, and continuously improving the software according to the company's operational requirements.

Salary: As per experience and technical expertise.
