Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced ERP Implementation & Process Manager who can understand the existing warehouse operations, define and standardize processes, and implement them effectively in the company’s existing ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

- Study existing Warehouse, Stock, Purchase, Dispatch, Production, and Inventory processes.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas requiring improvement.
- Define and document standard operating processes (SOPs).
- Convert manual/physical processes into structured ERP workflows.
- Configure and implement ERP processes in coordination with the ERP/software team.
- Ensure proper stock movement, inward, outward, transfer, returns, inventory, and dispatch processes in ERP.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and department heads for smooth implementation.
- Train employees on new ERP processes and ensure proper usage.
- Monitor ERP implementation and resolve process-related issues.
- Prepare process documentation, reports, and workflow guidelines.




- Ensure data accuracy and proper ERP discipline across the warehouse.
- Continuously improve processes based on business requirements.

Candidate Profile
- 4–8 years of experience in ERP Implementation, Process Management, Operations, or Warehouse Management.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems in warehouse/inventory operations.
- Strong understanding of inventory, stock, purchase, dispatch, and warehouse processes.
- Ability to convert business requirements into ERP workflows.
- Strong analytical, process-mapping, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in ERP implementation, SOP development, and employee training.
- Should be comfortable working directly with warehouse teams and management.
