Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Environmental Engineering / HSE
Location: Hubli
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS/HSE) activities at the facility.
- Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health and safety regulations.
- Good knowledge of ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and preferably ISO 9001.
- Should have knowledge in one ISO Standards.
- Conduct regular HSE inspections, risk assessments, safety audits and environmental assessments.
- Monitor waste management, water consumption, air emissions, pollution control and environmental compliance.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, reports and statutory compliance registers.
- Coordinate internal/external ISO audits and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety awareness programs,
toolbox talks and emergency preparedness drills.
- Investigate incidents/near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Coordinate with facility teams, contractors and clients to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
- Track environmental and safety KPIs and prepare periodic reports for management.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
