Join Balusen Technologies as an Enterprise Technology Engineer to drive enterprise governance and risk transformation using ServiceNow GRC solutions.

Roles & responsibilities

- Design, configure, and support ServiceNow GRC and Operational Risk Control solutions.
- Develop backend components using Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and platform automation capabilities.
- Configure ServiceNow Workspace components and enterprise workflows.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
- Configure and maintain Risk Management modules and master data structures.
- Support operational risk assessments, audit workflows, compliance reporting, and governance processes.
- Implement secure and scalable enterprise workflows aligned to compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize governance and reporting processes.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical implementations.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and DevOps delivery workflows.
- Provide deployment support, production troubleshooting, and operational maintenance.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required skills & stack

- 8+ years of experience designing and supporting enterprise applications.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow backend development.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, and ServiceNow Workspaces.




- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Risk Management and GRC modules.
- Experience with compliance workflows, audit processes, and operational risk management.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery and DevOps methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

- Exposure to enterprise governance and regulatory environments.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with enterprise platforms and APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud-hosted ServiceNow deployments.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture and ITSM frameworks.
- Exposure to financial services, trading, or risk management environments.
