Role Description The Enterprise AI Architect is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, with flexibility for partial work-from-home. This role is responsible for designing and evolving enterprise-wide AI and data architectures that support strategic business outcomes, integrating AI capabilities across platforms, applications, and services. The Enterprise AI Architect will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and engineering teams to translate business objectives into scalable AI solutions, define reference architectures, and guide implementation through architectural reviews and technical mentorship.

Day-to-day activities include evaluating AI technologies, designing solution and integration patterns, creating architecture documentation, ensuring governance and compliance, and optimizing performance, security, and reliability. The role also involves working closely with clients to understand enterprise constraints,



recommend architecture improvements, and ensure successful adoption of AI-driven capabilities within the BTB framework.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Enterprise Architecture, with the ability to define and govern enterprise-wide AI and data architecture standards and patterns.
- Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Application Architecture to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI-enabled solutions and integrations.
- Expertise in Business Architecture to translate business strategies, processes, and capabilities into technology roadmaps and AI adoption plans.
- Proficiency in Technical Architecture, including cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, data platforms, and AI/ML infrastructure.
- Experience with AI/ML platforms and tools (e.g., cloud AI services, MLOps frameworks, data pipelines) and familiarity with model lifecycle management.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and business teams, communicating complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Proven experience in designing architectures for large-scale or complex enterprise environments, preferably in consulting or technology-led transformation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in security, compliance, data governance, and reliability as they relate to AI and data-driven systems.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to operate
