[Job Responsibilities]

1. Business Leadership & Strategy: Drive all India business activities market strategy, commercial bidding, project execution, and tender preparation. Provide data-driven market analysis and recommendations to Korea HQ on growth opportunities.
2. Market Development & Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strategic relationships with major utilities, power infrastructure operators, and EPC contractors. Lead contract negotiation and project delivery.
3. Operations & Team Leadership: Manage day-to-day operations, compliance, and local team (technical, commercial, administrative).
4. Ensure operational efficiency and performance.

[Mandatory Qualification & Experience]





> Degree in Engineering and Architecture Electrical Engineering Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering

> 5-12 years in power systems, electrical equipment, utilities, or infrastructure sectors in India

> Business Development: Proven success in business development, project management, or operations in utility/infrastructure space .

> Stakeholder Network: Established relationships with major utilities and infrastructure organizations

> Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in a lean startup environment wearing multiple hats

> Commercial Acumen: Proficiency in tendering, negotiation, and project execution

> Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi/regional language and English (written and spoken)
