We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary engineering execution for major offshore platform projects across the complete project lifecycle — from Pre-FEED and FEED through Detailed Engineering, Procurement Support and Commissioning .

? Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams for offshore topsides projects

- Drive engineering execution across Process, Piping, Mechanical, Structural, E&I;, Safety and Constructability
- Establish Engineering Execution Plans, design basis, interfaces and deliverable schedules

• Lead technical reviews including HAZOP, SIL and 3D Model Reviews

- Monitor engineering progress, S-curves and earned value against project baselines
- Act as a key technical interface with clients, third-party reviewers and project leadership
- Manage engineering changes, RFIs, technical assessments and variation support
- Coordinate with Procurement and Construction teams on vendor data, requisitions and technical bid evaluations
- Lead,



mentor and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams

• Ensure compliance with API, ASME, IEC, ISO, NORSOK, USCG and BSEE requirements, as applicable

- Champion HSE, constructability, operability and inherent safety throughout design

? Ideal Candidate

✅ 15+ years of progressive offshore Oil & Gas engineering experience

✅ Minimum 5+ years in Engineering Lead / Engineering Manager / Project Engineering leadership

✅ Strong experience in Offshore Topsides Engineering

✅ Experience with FPSO, Semi-submersible, TLP, SPAR and/or Fixed Jacket Platforms

✅ Gulf of Mexico OR East/West Africa experience is mandatory

✅ Knowledge of BSEE regulations, USCG requirements and GoM operator practices

✅ Experience with EPC / EPCM / PMC / Owner's Engineer environments

✅ Solid exposure to at least 2+ topsides disciplines – Process, Piping/Mechanical, Structural, E&I; or SIS/Safety

✅ Combination of onshore and offshore project experience preferred

? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical or Petroleum Engineering
