Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily production activities, including manpower allocation, work scheduling, and resource management, to meet production targets and quality standards.

- Conduct line balancing exercises to optimize workflow and minimize production bottlenecks, ensuring smooth and productive operations.

- Implement Kaizen principles and CI methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and waste reduction in production operations.

- Lead cross-functional teams in the implementation of Kaizen events, Lean projects, and other improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

- Prepare and execute Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans to address production issues and prevent recurrence of quality-related problems.





- Conduct root cause analysis investigations to identify the underlying causes of production failures or quality deviations, implementing corrective actions to address them.

- Provide technical support to the production team, troubleshooting issues and proposing solutions to minimize downtime.
