JOB DETAILS

- Industry: Solar Structure Manufacturing
- Location: Ghaziabad (UP)
- Experience: 3+ Years (Preferred)
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. (Mechanical / Metallurgy / Production / Civil)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare and maintain quality documents such as QAP, Inspection Reports and Joint Inspection Reports.
- Well familiar with reading and understanding drawings of Solar Structure.
- Conduct incoming inspection of raw materials like Channel, Beam, fabricated parts as per drawing.
- Carry out stage-wise and final inspection of the product as per Standard Drawings / Approved QAP.




- Understand and have knowledge of Hot Dip Galvanizing (HDG) process, quality requirements and common galvanizing defects.
- Ensure that calibrated instruments are used for inspection and testing.
- Co-ordinate with Third Party Inspection agency.
- Carry out all physical and chemical testing as per the Quality Assurance Plan.
- Prepare and maintain all dimensional reports as per the approved drawings / Quality Assurance Plan.
