Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Endodontist role based in Sarita Vihar. The Endodontist will perform diagnostic evaluations of dental pain and pulp conditions, interpret radiographs, and recommend appropriate endodontic treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include performing root canal treatments and retreatments, managing traumatic dental injuries, and carrying out other endodontic procedures using contemporary techniques and infection control standards.

The role involves close collaboration with other dental professionals to coordinate comprehensive care, provide clear explanations of treatment options, and ensure a positive, respectful patient experience.



The Endodontist will also maintain accurate clinical records, participate in case discussions, and stay updated on current endodontic practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong clinical skills in Dentistry and Endodontics, including diagnosis and treatment of pulp and periapical diseases.
- Candidates should demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Dental Care and Patient Care, with a focus on comfort, safety, and informed consent.
- Candidates should have a solid foundation in Medicine related to oral and maxillofacial health, including relevant pharmacology and systemic considerations.
- Recognized dental degree (BDS) and specialized qualification or certification in Endodontics; valid registration with the appropriate dental council or licensing body.
- Proficiency in using dental radiography, rotary endodontic systems, and magnification tools; strong adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, and commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.
- Prior clinical experience as an Endodontist or in a multi-specialty dental practice is beneficial; willingness to participate in continuing education and skill development.
