Job Summary
Beauto Systems is hiring an Embedded Hardware Software Engineer with 3+ years of experience to design, develop, and optimize embedded systems for IoT and robotics applications. Beauto Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Embedded Hardware Software Engineer to join our RD team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in both hardware and firmware development, including schematic design, PCB layout, embedded C/C++ programming, and system debugging. You will work on cutting-edge IoT and robotics products, developing end-to-end embedded solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware including schematic design and PCB layout (up to 16 layers).
- Evaluate and select microcontrollers, sensors, communication modules, and power components.
- Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, IPC, and safety standards.
- Conduct hardware bring-up, debugging, and validation using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other test tools.
- Develop embedded firmware in C/C++ integrating protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Develop and maintain drivers, middleware, and application layers.
- Interface software with hardware components and conduct system-level debugging.
- Create technical documentation including firmware docs, test plans, and design reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in embedded hardware and software development.
- Experience with schematic design and PCB layout tools (Altium, Cadence, KiCad).
- Proficiency in embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS/ROS, and Linux development.
- Strong understanding of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, BLE, Wi-Fi, etc.
- Experience with debugging tools: Oscilloscope, Logic Analyzer, JTAG, Multimeter.
- Hands-on experience with ARM Cortex, ST Microcontrollers, PIC, or similar.
- Strong understanding of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, and embedded design standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced RD workplace and handle multiple priorities.
