Join our team as a Non-Voice Support Trainee where the ideal candidate will manage email communications in ensuring our customers receive prompt and high-quality assistance.

Your responsibilities include resolving customer queries efficiently, explaining company policies and benefits, and maintaining overall customer satisfaction. Here's what the role entails:

- Respond to customer inquiries via email promptly and professionally.

- Investigate and resolve customer issues by reviewing policy details, claims records, and other relevant documentation.

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, responses, and resolutions.
