About Us

Giffy Sign LLP is a Gandhinagar-based e-commerce business serving customers in India and international markets. We're growing fast and want someone to own email as a revenue channel, from strategy to send.

What You'll Do

- Plan, build, and run email campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Set up and optimise core flows: welcome series, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, and review requests
- Segment audiences by behaviour, purchase history, and geography, and personalise content for each segment
- Write subject lines and email copy, and work with the design team on templates
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, send times, content, and offers
- Track and report on open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per recipient, and list growth
- Maintain list hygiene, deliverability, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, unsubscribe management)
- Grow the subscriber list through pop-ups, sign-up forms,



and lead magnets
- Coordinate with the marketing team on launches, sales, and seasonal campaigns

- What We're Looking For

- Hands-on Klaviyo experience is mandatory. You should be able to build flows, segments, and reports on your own
- Proven experience running email marketing for an e-commerce or D2C brand
- Strong English writing skills for customer-facing copy
- Comfortable with data: you track numbers and make decisions from them
- Understanding of deliverability (domain authentication, warm-up, spam triggers)
- Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce integrations [keep whichever applies]

Nice to Have

- Experience with SMS marketing in Klaviyo
- Experience emailing international audiences (US, UK, AU, EU)
- Basic HTML/CSS for email templates
- Familiarity with Canva or Figma
