1. Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined ELV Junior Technician to join our Project Execution team. The candidate will assist in the installation, testing, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of various Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems at client sites. The role is suitable for candidates who are interested in developing their technical skills in ELV systems such as CCTV, Networking, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Video Conferencing, and related security and communication systems.

1. Key Responsibilities

- Assist senior technicians and engineers in ELV system installation and project execution.
- Perform cable laying, dressing, termination, tagging, and testing as per project requirements.
- Assist in installation and configuration of CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR, switches, and related equipment.
- Assist with structured cabling and networking activities, including LAN cable termination and testing.
- Assist in installation and testing of Fire Alarm Systems (FAS).
- Assist in installation of Access Control, Attendance, Video Door Phone, and other ELV systems.
- Support installation and basic troubleshooting of PA systems, AV/Video Conferencing systems, and other low-voltage systems.
- Read and understand basic AutoCAD drawings, layouts, cable routes, and installation diagrams.
- Use testing tools such as cable testers, multimeters, crimping tools, and other required equipment.
- Identify installation issues and report them to the Project Engineer/Senior Technician.
- Follow project specifications,



installation standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure tools and materials are handled safely.
- Maintain daily work records, installation status, and material requirements as instructed.
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Travel to customer/project sites as required.
- Coordinate professionally with team members, contractors, and client representatives.
- Minimize rework by following approved drawings, instructions, and quality procedures.

1. Required Technical Skills

- Basic knowledge of ELV systems and installations.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Basic understanding of LAN/networking and structured cabling.
- Knowledge of RJ45 termination and cable testing is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Access Control/Attendance systems is an advantage.
- Ability to read basic technical drawings and layouts.
- Familiarity with basic electrical/electronic tools.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of computer hardware and networking will be an added advantage.

1. Educational Qualification

- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Computer Hardware & Networking, or a related technical field.
- Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and a willingness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,867.81 per month
