About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ELV Estimation & BOQ Engineer to handle end-to-end technical estimation, BOQ preparation, vendor pricing coordination, costing, and technical compliance for ELV, security, fire safety, and networking projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze project layout drawings, AutoCAD/PDF drawings, tender documents, and technical specifications.
- Perform accurate quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs for CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, Access Control,PA/Public Address, EPABX, Structured Cabling, and Networking systems.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors to obtain competitive quotations and maintain updated vendor pricing.
- Prepare commercial estimates, project costing sheets, quotations, and technical proposals.
- Prepare technical compliance sheets and tender documentation for client submissions and approvals.
- Coordinate with field execution teams and project managers to validate estimated quantities against actual siterequirements.
- Review project requirements, identify material specifications, and ensure estimates meet tender/client requirements.
- Support pre-sales and tendering activities by providing technical and commercial inputs within bid timelines.

Key Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics & Communication (ECE), Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience:



3-6 years of core ELV estimation and BOQ preparation experience in the ELV/System Integration sector.
- Software: Hands-on experience with MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, and other estimation-related functions; AutoCAD for reading/measuring layouts; and PDF tools.
- Product Knowledge: Good understanding of ELV brands/products such as CP Plus, Hikvision, Honeywell/Morley, Bosch, TP-Link, Yale, Schneider, and similar OEMs.
- Core Competencies: Strong attention to detail, commercial awareness, quantity take-off, costing, tendering, technical compliance, and ability to work under tight bid deadlines.
