About the Role

Electronic Testing Engineer – Quality &

- Testing is responsible for the day-to-day management and coordination of the Quality &
- Testing Team, ensuring that PCBs and finished electronic products are properly inspected, tested and verified as per approved specifications and procedures. The position will coordinate with Production, Product Release/Engineering and Internal Service Teams for quality issues, testing failures, rework, failure analysis and product release activities. The role will also support the Manager in implementing CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, Kanban/workflow management and continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

- Embedded electronics testing

- IoT product testing

- Hardware/Firmware troubleshooting
- Test fixture and jig experience





- NPI experience

- ECN/ECR implementation
- Customer complaint/field failure analysis

Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the Quality &
- Testing team

- PCB inspection and testing as per specifications

- Functional testing of finished electronic products

- Coordinate prototype, pilot and production testing

- Failure analysis and troubleshooting
- Coordinate with Production &

- Engineering teams

- Perform RCA, CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, Pareto &

- PDCA

- Maintain testing records and drive continuous quality improvement
