Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance as per schedule. Monitor equipment, utilities, and engineering systems. Maintain maintenance, breakdown, and spare-parts records. Support calibration and verification of instruments.
Ensure proper lubrication, cleaning, and equipment hygiene. Coordinate with Production during maintenance activities. Report equipment abnormalities and utility failures promptly. Support emergency maintenance and utility restoration.
Follow safety procedures and permit-to-work requirements.
