Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Electrical Supervisor – Automation to supervise the day-to-day electrical and automation maintenance activities across the amusement park and associated facilities.

The candidate will be responsible for supervising technicians, monitoring electrical systems, attending breakdowns, coordinating preventive maintenance and ensuring the safe and reliable operation of electrical and automation equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily electrical and automation maintenance activities.
- Monitor and maintain electrical panels, control panels, PLC, HMI, VFD, sensors, relays and automation systems.
- Supervise technicians and assign daily maintenance duties.
- Troubleshoot electrical and automation-related breakdowns.
- Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Inspect electrical installations, wiring, control panels and equipment for safe operation.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, wiring diagrams and control circuits.
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support installation, testing and commissioning of electrical and automation equipment.
- Maintain daily maintenance records, breakdown reports and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor electrical spare parts, tools and consumables.
- Ensure proper implementation of electrical safety procedures.
- Support maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems associated with amusement rides and other park facilities.




- Attend emergency breakdowns and coordinate quick restoration of equipment.
- Ensure technicians follow company safety standards and work procedures.
- Report major technical issues and maintenance requirements to the Engineering Manager.

Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance/supervision.
- Practical knowledge of PLC, HMI, VFD, control panels and industrial automation.
- Valuable understanding of electrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate technicians.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Experience in amusement parks, manufacturing, industrial maintenance, hospitality or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,933.23 per month
