About the Role -

We are looking for an Electrical O&M; Technician – Fresher to join our technical team. The role offers hands-on exposure to electrical operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and site activities in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities -

- Assist in electrical Operation & Maintenance activities
- Support preventive and corrective maintenance
- Assist with testing, inspection and troubleshooting




- Support site visits and technical activities
- Maintain basic maintenance records and reports
- Follow electrical and site safety procedures
- Coordinate with engineers and technicians

Requirements -
- Electrical qualification only – B.E./B.Tech / ITI
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and safety
- Willingness to work in office and travel when required
- Good communication and willingness to learn
- Maharashtra-based candidates preferred
