SOM Projects Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer for its Head Office in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical and project coordination support for electrical works across construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, estimates, specifications and technical documents.
- Coordinate with project sites, clients, consultants, government departments and contractors.
- Provide technical guidance and support to site electrical teams.
- Review electrical measurements, RA bills, contractor/subcontractor bills and supporting documents.
- Assist in preparation and review of BOQs, estimates and tender documents.
- Review electrical material requirements and coordinate with procurement teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality and compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Prepare MIS, progress reports, technical reports and project correspondence.




- Coordinate with project teams for resolution of technical and execution-related issues.
- Attend client/consultant meetings and provide necessary technical support from Head Office.

Candidate Requirements
- B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably around 10 years.
- Government project experience is mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in CPWD, PWD, MES, PSU, Railways, Airports, Defence or other government infrastructure projects will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of electrical construction, estimation, BOQ, billing and project coordination.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Candidate should be willing to work from the Gurugram Head Office.
