Role & responsibilities

- Conduct inspection and quality checks of Electrical Panels such as PCC, MCC, APFC, Control Panels, JB, PLC/DCS Panels, etc.

- Inspect electrical and electro-mechanical equipment such as motors, pumps, fans, generators etc.

- Review approved drawings, BOM, datasheets, specifications, QAP/ITP, and PO requirements.

- Review MTC, COC, Test Certificates, FAT reports, calibration certificates, and other quality documents.

- Conduct/witness electrical and functional tests as per approved QAP/ITP.

- Carry out vendor inspection and coordinate with TPIA/customer inspectors.

- Prepare/review Inspection Reports, IRN, checklists, and quality dossiers.

- Identify quality observations/NCRs and coordinate for root cause, corrective action, and its closure along with preventive actions.





- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, applicable standards, approved drawings, and project quality requirements.

- Coordinate with Engineering, Purchase, Project, Vendor and TPI teams for timely quality clearance.

Preferred candidate profile

- Positive knowledge of Electrical Panel inspection and testing.

- Ability to read and understand Electrical/GA/SLD/Wiring drawings.

- Good knowledge of electrical & electro-mechanical equipment inspection.

- Strong capability in technical document and quality document review.

- Good communication, coordination with vendor as well as TPIA.
