Role & responsibilities

- Preventive, Predictive, and Breakdown Maintenance of

production machines and utility equipment.
- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and

Hydraulic Systems.
- Experience in welding equipment, robotic welding systems,

compressors, pumps, DG sets, and EOT cranes maintenance.
- Expertise in machine troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and

downtime reduction.
- Knowledge of TPM, OEE improvement, Kaizen, 5S, and Lean

Manufacturing practices.
- Ability to manage spare parts inventory, maintenance planning,

and maintenance documentation.
- Experience in PLC basics, electrical panels, motors, drives, and

control systems.
- Knowledge of safety standards, energy conservation, and cost

reduction initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and cross-functional

coordination skills.
- Experience in new machine installation, commissioning, and





process improvement projects.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic, and

- Experience in preventive maintenance, breakdown analysis, TPM,
- and machine troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Robotic Welding systems, PLC basics, compressors,
- pumps, DG sets, and utility maintenance.
- Ability to improve OEE, reduce machine downtime, and implement
- cost-saving initiatives.
- Valuable understanding of safety standards, maintenance
- documentation, spare parts management, and continuous
- improvement practices.
