6-10 years in system/subsystem design & development (medical devices preferred; RF coil development is a plus).
- Should have experience with eCAD tools like Altium, Mentor Graphics,etc.
- Strong knowledge of RF electronics, product development, sustenance, and regulatory compliance.
- Hands-on expertise with Six Sigma tools, risk management, and DFMEA.
- Proficient in DfM, DfC (Cost), and DfR (Reliability) practices.
- Experience with design documentation (schematics, PCB layouts, test data, FMEAs).
- Skilled in system/subsystem testing, troubleshooting, and engineering problem-solving.
- Effective communicator with experience presenting updates to management.
- Team-oriented team player across supply chain, procurement, quality, regulatory, service, and marketing.
- Familiarity with localization and supplier development is an additional advantage
