Role Description This on-site internship role is based in Patna and involves supporting students in making informed education and career decisions.

The Education

Counselor intern will assist with one-on-one counseling sessions, explaining course options, admission processes, and career pathways. Daily responsibilities include guiding students through application procedures, maintaining accurate records of counseling sessions, and helping organize seminars or workshops on education and career planning. The intern will collaborate with the counseling team to conduct basic career assessments, respond to student and parent queries,



and share transparent information through meetings, calls, and messages.

This is a structured internship role with learning opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to professional counseling practices.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Educational Consulting and Education, with an interest in academic programs such as MBA, UG, PG, and professional courses.
- Candidates should possess skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to support learners in choosing appropriate courses and career paths.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with students and families.
