Angel Global Education | Trade | Tourism is looking for a motivated and student-focused Education Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable higher education opportunities in India and abroad.

The candidate will handle student enquiries, provide course and university information, assist with admission procedures, and maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education and study abroad opportunities.
- Explain courses, universities, eligibility criteria, tuition fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.
- Provide guidance for MBBS, Engineering, MBA, and other international education programs.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and walk-in student enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Assist students with application forms, academic documents, passport requirements, and admission processes.
- Coordinate with universities, internal teams, and visa documentation teams.
- Maintain student enquiry details, follow-up records, and admission status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly counselling and admission targets.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, promotional activities, and student counselling sessions.
- Provide accurate information and maintain professional relationships with students and parents.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any Bachelor's degree minimum 1 year experience candidates with education, management,



or related backgrounds preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, or study abroad consultancy is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office, Excel, email, and WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of international education and admission procedures is an added advantage.
