Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist will manage and optimize online sales channels for Speciality Panel Products, ensuring a smooth and engaging buying experience for customers. This full-time, on-site role in Nagpur includes uploading and maintaining product listings, updating pricing and promotions, and coordinating product content such as descriptions, specifications, and images. The role involves monitoring website and marketplace performance, analyzing sales data, tracking customer behavior, and recommending improvements to increase online revenue and conversion.

The Ecommerce

Specialist will handle customer inquiries related to online orders,



collaborate with sales and marketing teams on digital campaigns, and support inventory coordination to ensure accurate stock availability. The role also includes reporting on key ecommerce metrics and staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
