? Hiring: E-Commerce Specialist

? Location: Mumbai

? Salary: Up to ₹12 LPA

? Experience: 3–6 Years

?️ Industry: Beauty | Skincare | Haircare | Hair Products

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage marketplaces including Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Flipkart & D2C platforms .
- Drive online sales, revenue growth, conversion and marketplace performance .
- Manage product listings, catalogue, pricing, inventory and promotions .
- Track GMV, conversion, ROAS, sell-through and sales performance .
- Coordinate marketplace campaigns, product launches and day-to-day operations.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

- 3–6 years of experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Management .
- Experience in Beauty, Skincare, Haircare or Hair Products preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Amazon/Nykaa/Flipkart/Myntra, Excel and e-commerce analytics .
