Role &

- Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end bulk hiring cycles for e-commerce fulfillment centers and customer service hubs across India.
- Manage candidate pipelines via WhatsApp, SMS, and ATS—scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and tracking conversion rates.
- Conduct high-volume phone screenings and preliminary interviews aligned with client-defined role competencies.
- Coordinate onboarding logistics including document collection, background checks, and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with operations to refine hiring playbooks, reduce time-to-fill, and maintain 95%+ candidate satisfaction scores.
- Report daily metrics (source-wise conversion,



drop-offs, offer acceptance) to drive continuous process improvement.
