Funtastic Boutique Early Learning Studio is looking for a caring, qualified, creative and confident Early Years Educator for a single combined position involving:

1. One-to-One Homeschooling for a young child aged 3–4 years
2. Teaching at Funtastic Academy / Boutique Early Learning Studio for children aged 3–4 years.

The teacher should have excellent spoken English and should believe strongly in a child-centric, play-based and experiential approach to early childhood education. The objective is not to pressure young children academically. We want to nurture curiosity, confidence, communication, independence, creativity and a genuine love for learning.

WORKING HOURS — ONLY 4 HOURS PER DAY

Salary – No bar for competent candidate

Working Days: 6 days per week

Reporting Time: 2:30 PM

Lesson planning, activity preparation, organising learning materials and classroom setup.

The position is particularly suitable for a qualified early-years educator looking for a meaningful teaching role without a conventional full-day school schedule.

This is one of the most important requirements of the position.

The teacher should believe that children aged 3–4 learn through:

Play • Exploration • Conversation • Stories • Movement • Creativity • Hands-On Experiences The teacher will be expected to:

● Give individual attention to each child.

● Understand each child’s pace and learning style.

● Encourage curiosity and questioning.

● Use play-based and experiential learning.

● Make lessons interactive rather than lecture-based.

● Encourage children rather than pressure them.

● Build confidence and independence.

● Use positive reinforcement.

● Create opportunities for children to explore and discover.

● Maintain a warm, nurturing and respectful environment.

● Support cognitive, language, social, emotional, physical and creative development.

● Avoid excessive worksheets and rote learning.

● Make learning a happy and engaging experience.

RESPONSIBILITY 1: HOMESCHOOLING The teacher will conduct personalised, one-to-one learning sessions for a young child.

Responsibilities include

● Plan age-appropriate learning experiences and conduct sessions as per the National Education Policy .

● Develop spoken English and vocabulary.

● Introduce phonics and early literacy.

● Conduct storytelling and picture-book sessions.

● Teach rhymes, songs and action activities.

● Introduce numbers and early mathematical concepts.

● Teach colours, shapes, patterns, sorting and classification.

● Introduce age-appropriate science concepts.

● Introduce geography, nature and environmental awareness.

● Conduct sensory activities.

● Conduct art and craft activities.

● Develop fine-motor skills.

● Include gross-motor and movement activities.

● Teach good habits and personal hygiene.

● Develop manners, kindness, sharing and taking turns.

● Encourage independence and responsibility.





● Observe the child’s development.

● Maintain simple progress records.

● Share relevant progress updates.

RESPONSIBILITY 2: FUNTASTIC ACADEMY TEACHING The teacher will also conduct structured learning sessions for children aged 3–4 years at Funtastic Boutique Early Learning Studio.

Responsibilities include

● Conduct engaging preschool/early-learning sessions.

● Follow the Funtastic curriculum and lesson plans.

● Conduct circle time.

● Conduct stories, rhymes and music.

● Teach early English and phonics.

● Conduct early maths activities.

● Introduce science and nature.

● Introduce geography and the world around us.

● Conduct sensory activities.

● Conduct art and craft.

● Conduct fine-motor activities.

● Conduct gross-motor activities.

● Teach good habits and moral values.

● Encourage communication and social interaction.

● Manage children patiently and positively.

● Maintain a safe and organised learning setting.

● Observe children’s developmental progress.

● Communicate professionally with parents and management.

ENGLISH-MEDIUM REQUIREMENT

Excellent spoken English is essential.

The teacher should be able to:

● Communicate naturally with children in English.

● Conduct complete sessions in English.

● Read children’s stories expressively.

● Explain concepts using simple, age-appropriate English.

● Encourage children to speak English naturally.

● Communicate professionally with parents.

English communication ability will be assessed during the selection process.

Anyone passionate towards teaching the age group of 3 year old to 4 year old children .

Qualifications mentioned are preferred however importance shall be given to candidates who are inclined towards creating an environment of learning for little ones.

Any one of the Below mentioned qualification shall be preferred however are not mandatory:

● ECCE / Early Childhood Care and Education

● NTT / Nursery Teacher Training

● Montessori Teacher Training

● Diploma in Early Childhood Education

● Relevant preschool/pre-primary qualification

Previous experience of teaching nursery, pre-nursery or preschool children shall be preferred however not mandatory.

Experience working specifically with 3–4-year-olds will be an advantage however not mandatory.

● Preparing classroom activities

● Arranging flashcards and teaching aids

● Preparing art and craft materials

● Setting up sensory activities

● Organising worksheets/activity sheets where required

● Preparing books and storytelling materials

● Setting up learning stations

● Reviewing individual children’s learning needs

● Preparing the classroom before children arrive

Classes will then run from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

Note : The execution of sessions for homeschooling or academy shall depend upon the number of children in the session . The homeschooling session and academy session shall be at the same time . In the event if the session has the presence of only one child homeschooling principle of execution of session shall continue however if the session has more than one child then the academy principle of execution of session starting with circle time shall continue .

The teacher must

● Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

● Maintain a professional appearance.

● Treat every child with dignity and respect.

● Use positive language with children.

● Never shout at, threaten, humiliate or physically punish a child.

● Maintain confidentiality concerning children and families.

● Follow appropriate child-safety practices.

● Maintain classroom hygiene and organisation.

● Communicate respectfully with parents and management.

● Take responsibility for the quality of learning experiences provided.

SALARY NO BAR FOR A COMPETENT CANDIDATE

No fixed salary amount is being mentioned in the vacancy.

Compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates based on qualifications, relevant early-years experience, spoken English, teaching ability and overall suitability for the combined role.
