Role Summary
Support production engineering by managing enterprise asset management (EAM) systems, reporting on equipment maintenance, and optimizing asset performance for blade manufacturing operations.
What Youll Do
- Prepare machine uptime and downtime reports
- Report MTBF, MTTR, and OEE for all blade factory equipment
- Perform statistical data analysis on machine downtime, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain core data and assets related to production in EAM
- Create and maintain spare parts records for tools and equipment in the system
- Establish, maintain, and improve EAM systems for factories
- Manage costing and accounting of tools and individual assets in EAM
- Create new tools and complete work orders for quality tools
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Experience with Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / SAP
- Skills in maintenance analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in root cause analysis and problem solving
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
- Background in manufacturing equipment maintenance
Positive to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):
- Experience in blade manufacturing
- Experience in wind energy or wind turbine manufacturing domains
Qualifications: Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
