We provide eCommerce services including marketplace management, product listings, content, customer service, advertising, and operations across platforms such as Amazon, TikTok Shop, eBay, Temu, Tesco, SHEIN, Shopify, and more.

About the Role:

We are looking for an E-Commerce Operations & Customer Support Executive who can work as an all-rounder across different eCommerce activities, including customer service, marketplace operations, reporting, order management, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries, complaints, refunds, returns, and escalations.
- Manage orders, product listings, stock, pricing, and shipments across marketplaces.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research.
- Prepare marketplace reports and maintain accurate data.
- Coordinate with customer service, logistics,



technical, and operations teams.
- Monitor account performance and maintain SLA and quality standards.
- Stay updated with eCommerce trends and suggest improvements.
- Handle other eCommerce and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other eCommerce marketplaces is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of eCommerce operations, order management, and customer service.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work across different eCommerce functions.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
