E-commerce Product Manager — Qool Qatar

Remote — India | Full-time

About the Role

Qool Qatar is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented E-commerce Product Manager to own our online product catalog and drive the overall e-commerce experience. You'll bridge the gap between business goals, customer needs, and platform execution to grow online sales.

Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle on the e-commerce platform — listings, pricing, categorization, and updates
- Optimize product pages for conversion, SEO, and user experience
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to plan promotions and product launches
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers/operations on stock availability
- Conduct competitor and market research to keep offerings competitive
- Work with developers/vendors to improve site functionality and fix platform issues
- Track KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, traffic, etc.)



and report on performance
- Ensure product content (images, descriptions, specs) meets brand and quality standards

Requirements

- Proven experience in e-commerce, product management, or digital merchandising
- Strong analytical skills with comfort reading sales/traffic data
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO, UX, and online consumer behavior
- Excellent organizational and cross-team coordination skills
- Comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and merchandising strategy is a plus
