E-Commerce & Inventory Executive

Location: Sahibabad Site 4, Ghaziabad.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 Years

We are looking for an E-Commerce & Inventory Executive to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, coordinate with vendors, and support our e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Monitor SKU-wise inventory and stock availability.
- Handle stock inward, outward, returns, damages, and stock adjustments.
- Reconcile physical stock with system inventory.
- Monitor low-stock and out-of-stock products.
- Coordinate with vendors for inventory availability, stock requirements, replenishment, and timely supply.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for stock movement and order fulfillment.
- Manage inventory updates across e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Track online orders, cancellations, returns, and inventory adjustments.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly Excel inventory reports.
- Maintain Excel records for stock, purchases, sales, returns,



and inventory movement.
- Identify stock discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned teams for resolution.
- Maintain proper inventory documentation and records.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of Inventory Management.
- Basic understanding of E-Commerce Operations.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and Excel Report Management.
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Filters, Sorting, and basic Excel formulas.
- Good Vendor Coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and identify stock discrepancies.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or other e-commerce marketplaces will be an advantage.

Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Inventory Management, E-Commerce Operations, or Warehouse Operations.

Salary ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
