E-Commerce Executive

Location: Mumbai

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and capability

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit and other online platforms.
- Create, update and maintain product listings, images, descriptions, pricing and catalogue information.
- Manage orders, e-commerce dispatches, cancellations and returns.
- Follow up on returns, refunds, replacements and marketplace claims.
- Raise and follow up on platform tickets and resolve account/listing/order-related issues.
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Run basic advertising campaigns, coupons, offers and promotions.
- Monitor basic sales and advertising performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain marketplace account health and resolve warnings, listing suppressions and other platform issues.
- Handle customer complaints and platform-related customer issues.
- Identify and help onboard current online sales channels, including IndiaMART and other relevant marketplaces.
- Coordinate with accounts, warehouse, logistics and sales teams wherever required.
- Continuously look for ways to improve online sales,



catalogue quality and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Well-versed with Amazon, Flipkart and preferably Blinkit/quick-commerce platforms.
- Previous hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces is essential.
- Good understanding of marketplace listings, orders, returns, promotions and basic advertising.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently follow up with marketplaces and resolve issues.
- Basic Canva/Adobe skills is a must.

Preferred Candidate Someone who is hands-on, organised and capable of independently managing the complete day-to-day e-commerce operation, rather than someone who only handles order processing.

Experience: 2+ years

Salary: ₹20,000-₹35,000 depending on experience and capability.

Age under 35.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Mumbai Central H.O, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
