Job Title: E-commerce Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an E-commerce Manager to manage and grow online sales through Amazon and the company’s e-commerce websites. The candidate will handle daily operations, product listings, advertising, order fulfilment and customer experience, with a focus on increasing sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Amazon Seller Central and the company’s e-commerce websites.
- Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing and product details.
- Improve product visibility through keyword optimisation, listing improvements and website SEO.
- Plan and manage Amazon advertising campaigns, offers, coupons and website promotions.
- Monitor advertising spend, conversions and profitability, and take action to improve results.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse and dispatch teams to maintain stock availability and ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage orders, cancellations, returns, refunds and customer enquiries.
- Monitor Amazon account health and resolve listing, account and fulfilment issues.
- Keep website stock, pricing, payment options and shipping details accurate.
- Coordinate with designers and website developers for banners, product pages and website improvements.
- Track competitor pricing, promotions and customer feedback.




- Review marketplace settlements, fees and payment discrepancies with the accounts team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales, advertising performance, inventory and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products and expand online sales.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field.
- Preferably 2–4 years of relevant e-commerce experience.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and Amazon advertising.
- Experience managing an e-commerce website using WooCommerce, Shopify or a similar platform.
- Understanding of product listings, SEO, inventory management and order fulfilment.
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in food products, FMCG or consumer brands will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
