Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team and handle customer queries through inbound and outbound calls.

This is a non-target-based customer support role. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with product and order-related queries while ensuring a polite, skilled, and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Assist customers with product and order-related queries.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, availability, and compatibility.
- Help customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain proper call records and update customer details in the system.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department.




- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience during every interaction.

Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and fluent English.
- Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Good basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer calls professionally and calmly.
- Comfortable working from the office.
