We are a EPC developed company in the EPC Industry, we are looking for Project Manager for Hospital Construction Project, Ali Baugh, Maharashtra. The Project Manager should be:-

A Project Manager in civil construction oversees infrastructure or building projects from the initial planning stage through to final completion, ensuring they are finished on time, within budget, and to quality standards. [1, 2]Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Scheduling: Create detailed timelines, phases, and resource schedules using tools like Gantt charts or Primavera P6. [1, 2]
- Budget & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, track expenditures, manage subcontractor bids, and prevent cost overruns. [1, 2]
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary link between clients, architects, structural engineers, local authorities, and vendors. [1, 2]
- Contract & Subcontractor Management: Negotiate vendor contracts, write subcontracts, and oversee performance to minimize scope gaps. [1, 2]
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce local building codes, industry standards, and workplace safety regulations (such as OSHA guidelines). [1, 2]
- Progress Monitoring & Reporting:



Conduct site inspections and submit regular progress and financial reports to senior management and clients. [1, 2]

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture.
- Experience: 12 + years of hands-on experience in civil construction or heavy infrastructure & Hospital projects . 4 + YEARS in Hospital constructin Projects.
- Certifications: Professional credentials like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) are preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and using project management and scheduling software. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Essential Soft Skills
- Leadership: Ability to direct multidisciplinary site teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Problem-Solving: Quick adaptation to unexpected site delays, material shortages, or budget shifts.
- Communication: Transparent verbal and written updates for workers, management, and clients. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- Salary : Salary will be communsurated as per qualification and experience in the Industry norms.
