Position Summary The DVP Procurement will manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement of goods and services. The role covers supplier selection, commercial negotiations, purchase orders, contracts, supplier performance, governance and reporting. The incumbent will work with business and control functions to ensure competitive, compliant and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-end procurement: Lead the sourcing and procurement of goods and services from requirement assessment through supplier selection, ordering, contracting and delivery.
- Supplier selection and sourcing: Manage competitive bidding, supplier evaluation and due diligence to identify capable suppliers and achieve competitive, compliant and cost-effective outcomes.
- Commercial negotiations: Lead negotiations on pricing, service levels and key commercial terms, balancing cost, quality, risk and business requirements.
- Purchase orders and contracts: Oversee timely issuance of purchase orders and execution,



renewal and closure of contracts in accordance with approved terms, budgets and delegated authority.
- Supplier performance: Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels, address performance gaps and manage continuity, concentration and other supplier risks.
- Governance and reporting: Ensure compliance with procurement policy, tender requirements and control standards; maintain procurement records and provide management reporting on spend, savings, contracts and supplier performance.
- Business and control-function collaboration: Work with business and control functions to confirm requirements, budgets, approvals and timelines and to resolve procurement and supplier-related issues.
- Group synergy: Collaborate with group companies to aggregate demand, leverage scale, share supplier opportunities and deliver measurable procurement efficiencies.
