Responsibilities
- Conducting patient assessments and examinations.
- Prescribing and administering appropriate medications.
- Providing basic patient care and assistance.
- Ensuring consistent and accurate medical record keeping practices.
- Delivering clinical processes such as IV lines, blood sampling, ABG sampling, CPR, and wound dressing.
- Providing general pre and post-operative care to patients.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience as a Duty Medical Officer.
- Skills in patient assessment, prescribing medicine, and basic patient care.
- Diplomate in clinical social work or relevant healthcare qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good problem-solving abilities and the willingness to adapt to a challenging work workplace.
- Must be familiar with medical protocols and procedures.
Additional Skillsets
- Ability to handle client communication independently.
- Knowledge of relevant software or technical skills is a plus.
- Prior experience in healthcare communication protocols is advantageous.
- Experience in maintaining professional and open communications with patients and colleagues.
